Well, the entire month of May was to say in one word, CHAOTIC!! Man, am I glad its over. .
Due to circumstances beyond our control, I had to go back to work. So, I am now a working mom, Homeschooling mom, still taking care of my household of 3 plus fish and dog. . Its been CRAZY!!

Well, once again the weekend has arrived! My weekend has consisted (so far) of house cleaning! HA! Not how I wanted to spend it but it keeps me busy. :)
I just consigned some of my daughters Spring/Summer Clothing in our Local Bi-Yearly Kids Consignment Sale. I have made quite a profit this year. I only spent $50 on her at the Half Price Sale and have made double that! I'm so excited, now I can go shopping for ME! ME! ME!
Do you have a local Kids Resale come to your area?? We LOVE ours and it gets bigger and bigger every season.
I received Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil to Review! I myself LOVE Coconut Oil and all the Health Properties of it. I use it Daily in my morning coffee. Gives a nice glisten to the coffee and adds a little coconut flavor!
I have tried other brands in the past and they were "acceptable". When I received the package on my doorstep I immediately knew this company was different. The packaging was very sturdy, I had no doubt that my Coconut Oil had arrived safely! I was right, upon opening the Coconut Oil package it was in perfect condition. I have complete confidence in this Company and their packing and shipping department!
I opened the jar and was hoping for a more potent coconut scent. (as I love the smell of coconut) Then upon cooking and using it I could smell it more. I used it to fry up some yummy chicken pepper poppers.
They fried up real nice and only had a very faint flavor of coconut. While frying the smell was very nice! Like I said Coconut Scent is a favorite of mine, so I enjoyed it! My friend has cooked with the same brand and she didn't smell or taste them in her food, although she did say her friend could taste coconut. So I guess it depends on how sensitive you are to the coconut smell and or flavor.
